Diverse Course Offerings
FaithPoint Institute equips incarcerated individuals with practical knowledge and market-relevant skills that can create opportunities both during incarceration and after release. Our educational programs provide instruction in credit and financial literacy, business formation and development, mortgages and real estate fundamentals, civil and criminal law awareness, trust and estate concepts, business law, tax principles, and entrepreneurship. Each course is designed to reflect today's evolving economic landscape while intergrating the enduring values, leadership traditions, and cultural wisdom of Mesoamerica. By combining modern financial and legal education with a strong cultural foundation, we seek to help students build confidence, develop critical thinking skills, strengthen their personal identity, and prepare for a successful transition into their families, communities, and business world.

FaithPoint Institute provides educational instruction focused on the legal environments that shape personal, business, and property rights in the United States. Our curriculum explores the foundational principles of property law, business law, civil law, criminal law, tax law, estate and trust law, and private administration. Through practical, educational coursework, students develop a broader understanding of legal frameworks, organizational governance, financial stewardship, contracts, asset management, and regulatory compliance. the Institute is committed to helping participants strengthen their legal literacy, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills so they can better navigate complex legal and business environments, protect their interests, and make informed choices in both their personal and professional lives.

FaithPoint Ministry and FaithPoint Institute is committed to supporting students beyond the classroom by helping graduates apply the knowledge and skills they have gained to meaningful opportunities after release. Individuals who successfully complete our programs receive continued personal and professional development support, including career readiness, employment referrals and networking opportunities where available, business planning guidance, entrepreneurship mentoring, financial literacy coaching, internships with our participating affiliated organizations (subject to eligibility, organizational needs, and applicable policies), and connections to community partners and reentry resources. For those pursuing business ownership, the Institute provides education and business development, strategic planning, access to funding resources, and long-term growth strategies. Our mission is to help each graduate transition with confidence, purpose, and the practical tools needed to build a stable career, establish lawful enterprises, strengthen their financial future, and become productive leaders within their families and communities.
